Client Services Manager
Lauren joined MILLCREEK Financial Services in February of 2018. Prior to that, she worked as a Quality Control Manager and Executive Assistant for another financial services company for 15+ years. Lauren is the friendly smile as you walk in the door and the helpful voice answering the phone. She spends much of her time assisting clients with their questions, processing paperwork, handling technology systems, scheduling client appointments and preparing for client meetings.
Lauren has lived in Iowa City for 30+ years, arriving from Southern California by way of Chicago. She graduated from the University of Iowa, with a B.A. degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Sexuality Studies. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her wife, daughter (born in 2020!), their 3 rescue cats, friends and family. She also enjoys cooking, attending local theater/music/arts performances, traveling, supporting local/national LGBT festivals and organizations.
